Our website allows Members who have registered for online services to access their account, for checking balances, apply for a share withdrawal and to apply for a loan. We also have a self-help Frequently Asked Questions page for both Savings and Loans which may answer your queries. If not, there are a number of ways you can Contact Us.
Apply for a Loan Online
If you are an existing member and want to apply for a loan, you can apply online by logging into your account if you ar registered on our website. Please remember that in most cases, you will still need to send us supporting information including a recent bank statement and payslip, for us to process your online application.
If you are a new member and want to apply for a loan, you can download our new member loan application pack, or contact us to request the form to be sent to you.
You can email us with general queries, and we aim to respond within 24 hours on a working day. If you have a specific query regarding your account that you want to email us about, we may need to call you to verify your identity, so please leave a contact telephone number in your email.

Making a Complaint
We value feedback from our Members, and if something goes wrong, we want you to tell us about it so we can put things right and continually improve our service to our Members. If you have a complaint you can get in touch with us and we'll investigate the problem.
If you don't feel that we have dealt with your complaint fairly, then you can request the Financial Ombudsman to look into your complaint, provided that you have given us the opportunity to resolve the matter with you directly first.
